My journey started as a professional pitcher — constantly chasing performance, progress, and precision. But after my career ended, a serious injury during my transition out of baseball forced me to rebuild everything from the ground up.
That experience reshaped my view of health and fitness. I dove into mobility, breathwork, recovery, and sustainable movement. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started building a deeper understanding of what lasting wellness really looks like — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I began coaching in 2020 and have since trained **thousands of people** through group settings, private coaching, and structured online programs. Whether in person or remote, I’ve helped clients navigate injury recovery, build strength, improve mobility, and stay consistent through life’s transitions.
At DMN8 — a growing fitness startup in Santa Monica — I helped lead group coaching and community development. It taught me that coaching isn’t just about workouts. It’s about presence, care, and consistency. That philosophy led me to create **Elevate Health & Fitness**.
To deepen my commitment to your holistic well-being, I am currently studying to become **Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach** through **Wellcoaches**. Wellcoaches is recognized as a pioneering leader in the coaching field, emphasizing evidence-based behavioral change and client self-efficacy. This specialized training allows me to step fully into the role of your dedicated **partner and witness**, ensuring our work builds sustainable motivation for a lifelong commitment to health and wellness.
