I am also currently studying to become a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches. This advanced behavioral training means my approach goes far beyond just counting reps—I am equipped to help you navigate stress, mindset, and the daily habits required to build a fulfilling life outside the gym walls.

Q: How does online coaching actually work? Is it as effective as in-person training? A: Online coaching is often more effective for long-term success because it builds independence. Instead of relying on a trainer to watch you for one hour a week, you get a dedicated partner in your pocket for your entire week. You get the flexibility to work out on your own schedule, plus the comprehensive support of habit tracking, video form reviews, and lifestyle coaching that traditional in-person training rarely includes.

Q: Will I actually talk to you, or is this just an automated app? A: You will absolutely be working directly with me. While we use an app to deliver your workouts and track your progress, the coaching itself is a highly collaborative partnership. We will communicate through regular check-ins, messaging, and form reviews. I am here to serve as your witness and technical support system every step of the way.

Q: What exactly is included in online coaching? Q: Do I have to spend hours in the gym every week? A: Definitely not. My coaching philosophy is split into two parts: "Armor Building" and "Joyful Movement." We will spend 2 to 3 days a week building your functional strength (your armor) in the gym. The rest of the week is dedicated to joyful movement—getting outside, playing, and doing the physical activities you actually love. The goal of the gym is to fuel your life, not consume it.

Q: You mention "Healthspan." What does that mean? A: Lifespan is simply how long you live. Healthspan is how many of those years are spent living well—free from chronic pain, capable of moving freely, and having the energy to say "yes" to the things you love. My coaching isn't about short-term aesthetics; it's about building the physical and mental foundation to ensure your healthspan matches your lifespan.

Q: Do I need a gym membership for this? A: Nope! I’ll design your program based entirely on the space and equipment you have access to—whether that’s a fully equipped commercial gym, a garage setup with a few dumbbells, or just your own body weight in your living room.

Q: Is nutrition part of coaching? A: Yes, but not in a rigid or restrictive way. I provide habit-based nutrition coaching. We’ll work on things like food quality, consistency, and meal timing. No tracking apps unless you specifically want to use them. Just sustainable, behavioral changes that fuel your body and support your goals.

Q: Can I try coaching before committing long-term? A: Yes. I offer a 6-week trial for online coaching. This gives you a chance to experience my coaching style, see how it fits into your daily routine, and decide if we’re the right collaborative match to move forward together.
