💬 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What’s the difference between in-person and online coaching?
A: In-person coaching means we meet 1:1 for an hour-long session at my location — I guide you through customized training with real-time coaching and support.
Online coaching is fully remote — I create your custom training plan and deliver it through a coaching app, with weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and messaging support to keep you accountable. Both options are built for lasting results — it just depends on how you like to train.

Q: What are your qualifications?
A: I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Women's Fitness Specialist, and a PPSC (Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification) Coach. This means I’ve studied movement, strength, mobility, and women's health in depth — and I build programs that are safe, personalized, and effective.

Q: I’ve never had a coach before. Is this right for me?
A: Absolutely. Whether you're brand new or getting back into a routine, my coaching is designed to meet you where you're at. You’ll get clear structure, personal support, and a realistic plan that fits your lifestyle.

Q: What’s included in online coaching?
A:
✔️ 3–4 fully customized workouts/week
✔️ Program updates every 4–6 weeks
✔️ Weekly check-ins (messaging or video)
✔️ Lifestyle & habit coaching (sleep, stress, steps, etc.)
✔️ Progress tracking, reminders, and app access
It’s flexible, effective, and completely built around you.

Q: What if I miss a session (in-person)?
A: Things come up! If you give notice in advance, you can reschedule your session within the same month. That way, you don’t lose your progress or your investment.

Q: Can I try coaching before committing long-term?
A: Yes. I offer a 1-month trial for both in-person and online coaching. This gives you a chance to experience how I coach, see how it fits your goals and lifestyle, and decide if we’re the right match to move forward.

Q: How many times should I train per week?
A: That depends on your goals and availability — most clients train 2–3 times per week. If you're brand new, we can ease into it. If you're ready to go all-in, we’ll build that momentum together. Consistency is more important than perfection.

Q: Do I need a gym for online coaching?
A: Nope! I’ll design your program based on the space and equipment you have — whether that’s a home gym, a few dumbbells, or just bodyweight. You can train anywhere, anytime.

Q: Is nutrition part of coaching?
A: Yes, but not in a rigid or restrictive way. I provide habit-based nutrition coaching — we’ll work on things like food quality, consistency, and meal timing. No tracking apps unless you want them. Just sustainable changes that support your goals and lifestyle.

Q: How do I get started?
A: Fill out a quick application form. You’ll tell me a bit about yourself, your goals, and what’s motivating you right now. From there, you’ll receive an overview of how coaching works. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll invite you to schedule a short call to talk next steps.
