what happens if i have a "bad" week?
There are no "bad" weeks, only data. We don't judge; we audit, adjust the plan, and move forward. Consistency is not about perfection—it's about how we navigate obstacles together.
how do you use health technology?
I integrate data from tools like Hume Health and Apple Health to monitor your recovery and nervous system state. This allows me to act as a Chief Health Officer, pivoting your training *before* you reach burnout.
what are your qualifications?
My practice is built on a science-backed foundation: Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC), NASM-CPT, NASM Nutritional Coach, and Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC).
what is the cancellation policy?
All programs require a 12-week (3-cycle) initial commitment. After this, you may cancel at any time with 14 days' notice prior to your next 4-week billing cycle.
do i need a gym membership?
Yes. Access to external resistance in a commercial or home gym environment is a requirement for our programming to see real, sustainable results.
is your nutrition advice evidence-based?
Yes. I provide advanced nutrition coaching via our hub, including macro-nutrient cycling and habit-based behavior change grounded in NBHWC standards.
